The Hood Canal Association (HCA), formerly The Associated Businesses if the South Shore of Hood Canal (ABSSHC), was established with the intent of promoting our local businesses and the community of Union and the entire Hood Canal area. We have been an active organization in the development of numerous cooperative marketing efforts that promote our unique services to people throughout the state of Washington. Operating a small business in a small community makes it difficult to allocate the resources for marketing and advertising, but with the combined strength of the association we are able to take advantage of tools that are now available to us as individuals.
